Space Rental Request Form for Non-Members

Thank you for considering the Remnant Christian Center as a potential site for your event! Once the form is submitted, all events are subject for approval by the Administrative team of Remnant Christian Center. Please allow up to 7 days for us to reconfirm the date, availability and final approval.  

TYPE OF EVENTS: We will consider the following type of events that fall in line with our Tenets of Faith: Concert (Faith based), Conferences, Meetings, Plays/Dramas (Faith based), Wedding Receptions, Worship Services, Seminars/Workshops, Baby Showers. EARLY SETUP / TEAR DOWN TIME: Early setup is only permitted on the same day of the event. Setup time can be determined at time of contracting. For Saturdays rental: the latest we can extend the use of our building is 9:00pm, as the building needs to be ready for our Sunday morning service. MEDIA/SOUND/VIDEO EQUIPMENT: Media/Sound/Video equipment are the property of Remnant Christian Center. In order to ensure proper usage and protection of the equipment, only Remnant Christian Center’s authorized technicians can use and/or operate these equipment. These services are available at an additional fee. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be due at time of signature of the contract (applicable to the final cost). The full balance must be paid at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. FOOD & BEVERAGE: We do not permit the sale of any kind of food on site. Furthermore, we do not permit alcoholic beverages on property. INSURANCE: All events require proof of Special Event Liability Insurance and must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.
